Gamerscore won’t work

    Try to open the app with another profile If It opens there is a problem with your profile, so try to delete your profile from your console and see If Works, If It does not try to delete the data of your profile from the Xbox selecting the option that will

    Netflix won’t work

    As soon as I open my Netflix it signs me out and freezes on the black screen with red lettered Netflix. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it, tried signing out and opening it also. Always the same results. It was working perfectly fine yesterday,
    could use some assistance please

    Sorry, but all Gamerscore resets are FINAL and can't be appealed.

    monthly gamerscore DOWN 400+ from yesterday

    I’m having the same issue. I’m down at least 200 gamerscore points on the monthly leaderboard. Hopefully it won’t affect the Xbox quests for me.

    You probably haven't heard a response because gamerscore resets are final and not appealable:

    There is no way to appeal a Gamerscore correction. We only correct Gamerscores for players who meet the criteria 100%. Your best choice is to show the community you won’t do it again.

    There must've been clear evidence of cheating on your account if they decided to reset it. Is it possible that your friend did it without you knowing?
