Gamerscore went from 158,??? To 20,662

My 4 yrs of gamerscore for my account is missing all the 163 xbox 360 games' gamerscore. My xbox 1 is still there. I worked hard and got 53 of the 163 at 100% complete. Why did it happen now I have no vip on my xbox rewards. Plz fix this. Is it cause of
the 360 emulator on my xbox one through the preview program

My gamerscore has been glitched out since last night it went from 419,000 to 257,360, it's all of the xbox one games that are glitched out all of my 360 games are fine. For example f1 2017 I have 845GS but it shows 180GS, Madden 18 i have the 1000 but now
it show's 0GS. My Trueachievements is up to date apart from my last 3 achievements won't show up because of this problem, please help me it's getting really frustrating just want my hard earned GS back. If you click on each game it shows all the achievements
I have unlocked.

 

Hi there, originally I was going to say that maybe it's just a syncing error, but when looking through your achievements of your 360 games, Halo 3 for example has an achievement unlocked for getting a triple kill in a ranked online match and it's unlocked
offline.... This should be impossible due to the 'online' nature of the achievement.

It does appear to me that you've modded your Gamerscore and you won't see it back I don't think.

 

I'm sorry but no it wasnt, and if it was way was all my 360 gamerscore took

 

How can you explain having a ranked online achievement unlocked offline then? You couldn't even system link consoles to get it because it's ranked....

There is also other achievements unlock on Halo 3 with the date so I know it's not the system displaying incorrect information, something dodgy has gone on and my opinion is you or someone else has tampered with your account.

If you say it wasn't you, you're still responsible for any activity that happens on the account as per the ToU and CoC that you agreed to when creating an account so we end up in the same situation.

I really can't provide anymore assistance or advice on this so please don't message me about it.
