Gamerscore Superdeal no 150€ Codes

Hi,

in the german forum there are more and more people who should get a
150€ rebate code from this promotion but there is none in their email. I just have a 100€ rebate code and I have a code in my email (same with another person with a 30€ code).

if that issue is solved, how can those people get their codes, cause you only can request a code once !

Xbox Support from Twitter also asked me to report my issue here. I am also from Germany and I know my Code from Gamerscore Superdeal was used. Unfortunately I didnt get the Code for Forza Horizon 2 yet.

 

I want to know that too, because I´m one of the people who have enough gamerscore to get the 150 € reward code, but didn´t.

I got the email xxxx, here is your code but at the position where the code should be is just a thin green line.

I got no email too. Checked the spam file and there were no new messages. Can't resend the code from the page either.

I want to give away my Code to get Ori later.

 

Same here. I do not receive an email. And can't request the code again. I also want support a friend to get an Xbox one.

I got the same Problem. Spent allready over 90min with the support chat and they couldnt request the code again.....or send it to my mail adress....

Same problem here. At first I thought it's because I haven't played with my 360 for more than a year, but the last achievement I got was at May 29 2014, so that's definitely in the 18 months required for the promotion.

 

Same here. Didn't got a code. Its now about 14hrs since the registration.

 

Well, at least I'm not alone. Still don't working for me.

just got the mail with the Gamer Score Super Deal but I can't get the code. When I try to access my code the webpage says: Error GamerTag not found. This is really weird. I have an XBox-Live-Account connected with my XBox 360 and on GfW.

Could I get some directions / help here?
