gamerscore stolen.

have had 58,000 wiped from my gamer score. was 170,214 changed to 112,872. can the achievement team help me, this is very distressing years of gaming gone. my score is still showing as 170,214 on true achievments() can you please help?

Gamerscore

Honestly i don't believe a friend "stole" your HDD, that just seems like an excuse to mod your gamerscore. Also, i think the next time you log onto Xbox Live it will reset your gamerscore back to 0.

Need My Gamerscore Reseting.

Hi, My xbox live profile was stolen a while ago (gambetti Swoosh), and I managed to regain my account back. But the gamerscore had been tampered with.. I was wondering if you could reset the gamerscore to 0G for future games. Thanks hope you can help.

Sorry to hear it. The only way to lose achievement score is if you've had a gamerscore reset. You can check to see if this has happened by logging in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and clicking on the hammer
icon.

Also, if you have had a reset I wanted to let you know that you will not be able to re-earn any of that score back on this account.

It's not a Gamerscore reset as you still have xbox 360 achievements.

Looks like a glitch that has been happening to a few people.Some Gamerscore will disappear for some reason but will return within a few days.

Seen this quite a bit lately,no idea why it happens.

You cannot request gamer score resets. If your gamerscore is modded or hacked, then it will most likely be reset if a Microsoft staff member looks at it.

In future situations, call Xbox Support immediately if your account it stolen.

You had an XBox 360 AND an XBox ONE and they were stolen before you could hit the 200 Gamerscore mark?

At least you've been given all the tools you need to recover both of your boxes by the gentlemen above.

As said above the only possible way to have it removed is if your account was stolen and tampered with, in which case you would open an Unauthorized Access Case like DC said. You tampered with your Gamerscore, you will then have to face the consequence.
