Gamerscore still not moving after unlocking achievements. What's going on?

Hello!

My Gamerscore is no longer updated or does not increase anymore. The achievements unlocks it on the console normally, but the gamerscore does not increase anymore. This is since the last Xbox update.

Mi gamescore no se actualiza y no aumenta nada.

Los logros se desbloquean normalmente en la consola, pero el gamescore no aumenta.

Esto pasa desde la última actualización de Xbox.

It's a known fault and it's being worked on apparently. Been almost a month for some of us.

Try clearing the console cache and logging in again, in some cases it works, but some games lately happened to me like Gears 5, popped up afterwards.

sometimes it takes a little while to calculate your gamerscore and it doesn't show up right away, but it should correct itself if you turn off your system and turn it back on, if that doesn't work wait a day or 2 and it should add them on.

Try checking your Xbox profile on the xbox app (both pc and mobile) or on Xbox.com. This happened to me once and all I did was wait until eventually my gamerscore got updated. But if you think something is wrong, contact support or wait until a Microsoft
agent or a fellow Xbox ambassador that has the answer to reply this post.
