#Gamerscore still missing

Discus and support #Gamerscore still missing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I want more information about why I suddenly lost 51k in gamerscore the other day.     I want more information about why I suddenly lost 51k in gamerscore the other day. I posted here before about it but all I was told it was a glitch and nothing else. I don't understand how something that is tracked can just disappear like that and nobody
    do anything about it. I want a proper answer from a proper Xbox employee, not some Ambassador volunteer.

    All my X1 achievements have gone from my gamerscore

    Still waiting on a missing 9685 gamerscore to appear despite my game progress having returned.

    Missing xbox 360 gamerscore

    In your first post you wrote that you had "about 110,000 Gamerscore". I just posted a screenshot of your profile showing that your account DOES HAVE 112,049 Gamerscore. So no wonder the support can't find your missing Gamerscore, as it seems that it IS STILL
    THERE!!!

    Can you post a screenshot where it shows your Gamerscore missing?

    Where are you looking for your Gamerscore? Through an app? On the console?

    Gamerscore display discrepancies typically resolve themselves after a bit, but you can try
    removing your profile from the console, then power cycle the console, then sign back into your profile, and let us know if you see any difference?

    Weird, I'm the opposite. My gamerscore total is still there, but the games and records of all my achievements are missing.

    hi again, when I see a 360 game progress it says no unlocks but upon clicking it the achievements are dated and unlocked. Also the gamerscore total is 110k missing not the current 113k I have to in total there should be around 220k.
