Gamerscore reset

Hello, quite sometime ago possible during the years 2011, 2012, or 2013, for reasons that still remain a mystery to me, my gameresore was reset and I couldn't gain previously unlocked achievements again, my gamerscore was around 44K-48K before it was reset,
and after the time it was reset after playing new games and earning new achievements I have earned 16K+ in gamerscore, I have been a loyal xbox customer and have owned an xbox 360 since released and have been subscribed to gold for 6 years now and I have contacted
microsoft support before and unfortunately they couldnt resolve my issue and I was told to come here to hopefully have my issue resolved and further investigated.

Do you ever wish you could choose to reset your GS for individual games to get achievements again?

You can't cheat if it resets your achievements and gamerscore for that game and reduces your overall gamerscore by the same amount.

Say you have 50k GS. You reset the achievements and GS for ME2 which you had 1150GS in. Now you have 0 GS and achievements in ME2 and your overall GS is 48,850.

 

Modded Gamerscore

No one here can.Only the enforcement team can reset gamerscores.

You can't request a gamerscore reset but if your gamerscore is modded it will get reset eventually.

 

If your gamerscore was reset that long ago then there won't be anything anyone can do. No on in the forums would be able to assist with that issue anyway so I don't know why support would have directed you here. We also don't have access to the reference
number and posting it here is not advised.

Sorry the information couldn't be more positive but unfortunately there is nothing that will be able to be done that long after the fact.

 

I understand if this is skeptical, I was able to narrow it down to april of 2013 when the reset happened, and isnt it bizarre that I have played 111 games and have only gained achievements and gamerscore post april 2013 and I have had this account for 6
years, and my rewards.xbox.com account shows that I have been awarded microsoft points for my gamerscore before the reset and I have proof of that, I hope you take it into consideration to investigate this further because it upsets me to play all these games
for so long and not receive any credit

 

As already stated, no one on the forums handles gamerscore resets. The enforcememt team are the only ones who do, but there would be no way to contact them for something that took place that long ago.
