gamerscore reset.

hi there around January either last year or the year before i cant remember too well my gamer score was reset and i was set to cheater without a reason, i had never cheated on my gamer score nor had i ever modded any games so i was pretty angry with the
enforcement team and i still to this day have never been told the reason for them resetting me and now that my cheater gamerzone is gone i was wondering if you guys could tell me the reason today and maybe even give my gamer score back, the hours i put into
my 360 to earn the 60000 G's and then to have it taken off me was very heartbreaking so please give me a reason or resolve this today.

Do you ever wish you could choose to reset your GS for individual games to get achievements again?

You can't cheat if it resets your achievements and gamerscore for that game and reduces your overall gamerscore by the same amount.

Say you have 50k GS. You reset the achievements and GS for ME2 which you had 1150GS in. Now you have 0 GS and achievements in ME2 and your overall GS is 48,850.

 

Modded Gamerscore

No one here can.Only the enforcement team can reset gamerscores.

You can't request a gamerscore reset but if your gamerscore is modded it will get reset eventually.

 

Having Microsoft reset your gamerscore back to zero for cheating was part of your punishment so you won't be able to get that back. You'll have to start all over again. The resoning behind the reset is probally because you violated the code of conduct. They
take this very seriously. If you want a specific reason you would probally have to call support.

 

The only people who have the authorization to provide you with information regarding this matter are the Policy Enforcement Team. On the subject of the matter, a person's gamertag is only stamped with the title "Cheater" after a thorough investigation. They
don't just reset anyone for any odd reason. They have to have specific evidence before action is taken.

 

well i guess their investigation wasn't that thorough since i have never cheated and only time i have ever been banned was when someone reported me for having the word B I A T C H in my bio.

 

The investigations are very thorough.The gamerscore on your account was modded by someone,found out & reset.

You will not get that gamerscore back or be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account.

 

Everyone right. You must modded the gamerscore some how on the 360. I believed it impossable to mod gamerscore on the one. But I love to be proving wrong thought.

 

never modded in my life, last achievements i earned before the reset was the achievement for beating darksiders 2 on the hardest difficulty which also unlocked the 2 before it.

well seeing as they never sent me any evidence or reason that it was modded then yes i do have proof

 

They do not have to provide you with any evidence.

Your gamerscore was modded by someone,that is why it was reset.

As we have already said,you will not get the decision reversed.

 

The day before yesterday my gamerscore got deleted aswell.. But it only reset my xb1 achievments.. I did not cheat on my gs so anyone knows what the issue?

 

I just figuerd out that on my acc pic on the left my gs is 51900 and if you click my name it says on my acc 61000 so whats going on there?
