    gamerscore reset reference: 1407022690


    a few years ago i was hacked and the guy ho hacked me used a mod to change my gamerscore. i managed to get my account back but all my gamerscore was reset back to zero. ever since i havent been able to get gamerscore on the games that were reset is there
    a way to fix this. i have spoken to microsoft support and they redirected me here.

    My gamerscore got hacked [help]

    Nothing you can do.

    If someone is caught with a modded Gamerscore then they will receive a Gamerscore reset.All xbox 360 achievements will be reset & you will not be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account again.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle gamerscore resets and they do not use the forums. Unfortunately since the reset took place over a year ago, it would no longer be possible to contact them regarding the reset. You would need to start a new
    account if you want to earn those achievements.

    Gamerscore dropped tremendously

    Looks like your 360 achievements have been reset for having a modded Gamerscore.

    When this happens you will not be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account.

    Also,please do not post reference numbers on the forums,they are for phone/chat support only.
