Gamerscore reset many years ago, still looking for a solution

You'll have to pardon me for this complicated story but it has been bothering me since mid-2011 and I have had no solution since then. It practically made me stop paying for Xbox Live as well.

Anyways, to preface this, I'd had my account since 2006 and on Live since 2008 or so and I spent a lot of time grinding for achievements. All the way up until 2011, I was sitting around 180k. My account, in 2010, was stolen and later recovered thanks to Microsoft's
support team and that marks probably the only suspicious activity until about 6 months later when my gamerscore was set to 0 out of the blue. At this point, I figured somebody had reported my account or something because I was such a '1337' gamer with a high
score so I never did anything other than redownload my account, delete cache, etc. I researched a bit and quickly understood that from the info I had gathered that your account could not simply be reported and immediately acted against. Nothing changed after
my troubleshooting so I panicked and contacted Microsoft over the phone and they had no answer for me. "Contact the developer", "it's probably just a technical issue on your part", etc. Everything looked fine on their end and my account was not labeled "cheater".

Years since, I moved to other things and have only been reminded during the times that I rarely hooked my 360 up and hopped on an older game that I enjoy or something used I had bought to try out. The achievements from all NEWER games post-reset were obviously
fine and unaffected from subsequent achievement gets but all of the games that were completed pre-reset are just stuck that way. I cannot get the achievements again because, on my screen on both the Xbox and Xbox.com, they are already unlocked but not applying
to my account.

Just tonight, I tried to contact Microsoft on two separate occasions and got similar confused responses. Over the text support chat, I was able to attach screenshots of how it looks on my end but, on their end, it only shows games that I have gotten achievements
on POST-reset. And, once again, I was told to contact a developer. The enforcement team website will not let me file a claim as well because my account is apparently in good-standings.

Is there anything I can do from here or should I just let this almost 9 year issue go?

Thank you guys and feel free to ask more questions, I am sure that this isn't thorough enough to explain how confusing this actually is to me.

That would be understandable but the account WAS in good standing when I contacted them after this issue initially happened.

At the time that it happened, the enforcement team were using the forums and not a separate website. So it didn't work off a case review at the time and you wouldn't have been blocked by a website stating your account is in good standing.

Unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done. Gamerscore resets are done by the enforcement team so you would have had to contact them back when the reset was issued. Since it's been well over 12 months since then, there would no longer be a way
to contact them.

What I mean specifically is that I asked about that circumstance in particular and there was explicitly nothing stated about any action taken against my account. I'm not saying it still isn't a possibility though but I would be confused if that was the
case.

Sorry to say, but there is no way to re-earn achievements 'that you have earned before the gamerscore reset.

The only way to earn them again, is by creating a new gamertag and starting all over.

That's how it works when one is caught cheating, if you would be able to earn them again it wouldn't be much of a punishment, but that is my opinion
