Gamerscore reset from 200G to 0G on NHL Tour despite 3 achievements showing.

I was playing NHL TOUR and had 200G showing and then I went to dashboard to backup my save and when I reloaded the game it showed 0G. Xbox.com also shows 0G and 0 achievements out of 14 despite when clicking on the game, it shows I unlocked 3 achievements
today and the icons are visible.

I spoke to a Microsoft representative via Xbox Chat, he told me to clear my cache, did this twice. Then I deleted and redownloaded my profile. It still shows as 0G and no resolution yet to my problem.

I put a lot of money into buying games and I'm scared to play anything or buy anything until it is resolved since I do not wish for it to reoccur. I also want to emphasise this is the first and only time ever, this has happened.

Gamerscore Reset

Same here dude, Been playing for 2 years worked a gamerscore to 126445g, Gamerscore was fine until I took my Battlefield 3 online and then the achievements that I already unlocked reappeared, checked and my gamerscore was reset to 0g.

 

Gamerscore glitch ??

yes i keep increasing it so microsoft will reset me and yes report me for my gamerscore. If a enforcement team member sees this then can you pleae just res my gamerscore to 0g and set my zone to cheater i dont care if i cant earnback my achievements i just
want to get reset to 0g.

 

Ok so I unlocked another achievement and the game re-updated itself to include all 4 achievements and now I am at 300G. Would like to know why this happened but glad it was easily fixable.

Sometimes achievement updates take a little while to sync between the Live servers and your profile. I know something similar happened with me and the Wolf Among Us.

I'm a completionist too so I totally understand your panic

 

Yeah,every now & then it takes a while for everything to sync up properly.Has happened to me a few times.

Usually getting another achievement gives it a nudge & everything is sorted.

 

Thanks for the reply Daft Badger and Burningisis. Yeah I am a completionist, thanks for checking my profile haha. I love to 100% games and when you put so much money into it, you want to get everything out of it.
