    Gamerscore reset for no reason and Im not able to reachieve them.


    My gamerscore for my Xbox Live account was reset and I don't know why. I've never cheated or hacked or anything so I would like to at least be able to reachieve them. My Xbox gamertag is .

    Urgent Question!

    I was an ambassador before my gamerscore was reset, and it was a fraud. I call xbox and they said the reason my gamerscore was reset for boosting/cheating? when theres no reason for me to boost/cheat, so im still stumped on why my gamerscore was reset.

    Then unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done. You would have to start a new account if you want to re-earn the achievements.

    If you were given a reset, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.
