Gamerscore reduction.

Hi, ive just noticed whilst playing rocket league that a few achievements were poping up that i had already unlocked years back i.e score your first goal things like that. Anyway after going to check my achievements it says that they were unlocked in 2016
as i thought but ive just noticed that my gamerscore is currently showing up at 45795 and ive recently just surpassed 70000 so i dont quite understand whats going on? Ive just updated my console today so maybe its an issue with the update but ive also checked
my gamerscore via the xbox app and online and it also shows as the reduced number which is really frustrating as its a big reduction!

Hi, there is currently an issue with gamerscore and achievements affecting a number of Xbox users. I've seen several users reporting this issue that matches what sounds like is happening on your account. I know that Xbox Support is aware of the
issue and is working on a fix. In the meantime, you can go to the
Xbox Live Status page to monitor the issue and to sign up to request a notification when the issue is resolved. Hope this helps!

Hi, thanks for your reply. Oh sounds like its an issue for a few people then hopefully they’ll fix it soon and im assuming the gamerscore will be corrected?

Normally a Gamerscore reduction happens through an enforcement action due to some sort of cheating to gain the Gamerscore.

Have you checked the enforecement teams website enforcement.xbox.com with the account that the Gamerscore is reduced on to see if they have any information?

This is not true, they don't decrease it, they reset it all the way back to 0.

Normally a Gamerscore is lowered for cheating, but for more information on why you were, please post in this forum:

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

That is the only way you can get assistance with bans, gamerscore reductions, etc.
