    Gamerscore randomly decreased


    I was nearing at around 39,880 gamerscore 2 days ago until this morning. I booted up my Xbox and played around for a few minutes until I saw I only have 11,170 gamerscore now. I don’t know what happened to all my progress in my games I’ve played. I tried
    fully shutting down my console but my score has not been set back. Anything else I can do to recover my progress?

    If they're Xbox One games that are effected, it's a glitch that will fix itself on its own. It usually takes a few days.
    I agree with Smwutches, this is a current issue.

    Please don't panic, it is currently just displaying incorrectly and your gamerscore should not be impacted.

    Hey, Kjaverion!

    I saw this happen in two situations:

    1) Cheating. I am not saying it is your case, but if MS has identified that you have somehow circumvented an achievement, it can remove it from your profile.
    2) If you won the offline achievement, then for some reason your achievements were not yet fully synchronized with LIVE, then you downloaded your LIVE profile again before they were synchronized, you can lose those offline achievements.

    related to a system update or being part of the Preview Program(if you're in the preview program please submit your feedback in the Insider Hub App). Also please review
