Gamerscore promo

On June 6th I clicked the link to get the $65 that I would get based on my gamerscore. It then said that my code was delivered. When I checked my email I had not received any code. I waited the suggested 30 minutes and longer but still didn't receive a code.
I then proceeded to speak to Erik from Microsoft text support. Today he emailed me and suggest I post in here to have my problem solved of the missing promo code. I look forward to finding a solution.

hey so I clicked the Gamerscore deal promo yesterday and I qualified for the 75 off but I haven't received an email with the promo code and I was wondering what to do to get it.

 

New Email?

I was curious if it's possible to raise my gamerscore and get a new email with a better promo code? Or if you can only get the one email and then you're done?

That's unfair that I do not get a code when I tried to get the code while the event was still on. It's not my fault that Microsoft didn't email the code to me.

And yes a new code won't work as the code was a limited time anyways as the supportentioned

It won't do you any good for a new code as none will work now

 

As Mister Maka said earlier, since these codes are expired as well as the promotion. We wouldn't have a way to provide a new one. We appreciate your understanding with that.
