    Gamerscore not Updating


    Hello,

    My Gamerscore has not updated in over a week on my XboxOne dashboard or phone app. However, it appears to be continuing to update in the 360 dashboard. When playing backwards compatible games, my updated and correct score is displayed when I press menu+options
    to view the 360 achievement screen.

    There seems to be a problem synchronizing my 360 achievements with the rest of my account dashboards.

    Gamerscore not updating

    Diesel: This isn't entirely true. It isn't because you ran out of LIVE, as Free accounts can still connect to LIVE. However, if you play offline completely, earn a bunch of achievements, and then recover your account, it will lose all the progress you made
    offline. If you ever play offline, don't recover, simply connect to LIVE and it should be fine, as long as you haven't moved your profile from one console to another. Does this make sense?

    Gamerscore not updating

    I had something like this happen to me, I had ran out of xbox live and I played batman arkham asylum, red dead redemption, cod black ops and fallout new Vegas. I put many hours into these games and then I got a 3 month card and when I got back on line I
    had NO gamer score for any of these games. What I have herd is that if you have an active live account and are playing a game and then run out and you still play and get achievements that when you re-new your live that those achievements don't count. witch
    in my opinion is complete Bull*****. I really think this is something that xbox live or Microsoft needs to work on and should put out a statement saying this because not a lot of people know this.

    Gamerscore not updating on xbox.com

    I have the same issue with the updated gamerscore not showing on xbox.com. It seems like a bug on the site since my gamerscore on xbox.com will usually update as soon as i have the achievement and refresh my browser. Incidentally this bug has also affected
    xbox smartglass since it has not updated my gamerscore there either even though it says that I unlocked the achievements that increased my gamerscore in the first place.

    The gamerscore on Xbox.com may not reflect your most recent gamerscore on the Xbox 360. How long has it been since you received the gamerscore update on your console?

    There seems to have been a site issue lately surrounding the updating of gamerscores. I've noticed this myself with my gamerscore. Just give it some time to update. You have nothing to worry about.
