Gamerscore not updating

First of all, sorry if this isn't the correct place to post this. So my problem is that my gamerscore does not seem to be updating, but only for one achievement. I earned a 35G achievement on Sunset Overdrive, to be specific, it was "Save Everyone", but
for whatever reason, my GS did not update when I unlocked it, but it still shows it as unlocked under my achievements. I decided to play another game and unlock an easy achievement to see if I'd get the same thing, but this time the achievement actually did
update my GS, but only for that one achievement, the Sunset Overdrive one still doesn't seem to register.

Does anyone know what to suggest? I've never had this issue before so I don't know what's happened. I've already tried signing out and in again, turning the console off and on and power-cycling it (holding the button down for 10 seconds), but nothing seems
to work.

Gamerscore not updating

Diesel: This isn't entirely true. It isn't because you ran out of LIVE, as Free accounts can still connect to LIVE. However, if you play offline completely, earn a bunch of achievements, and then recover your account, it will lose all the progress you made
offline. If you ever play offline, don't recover, simply connect to LIVE and it should be fine, as long as you haven't moved your profile from one console to another. Does this make sense?

 

Gamerscore not updating

I had something like this happen to me, I had ran out of xbox live and I played batman arkham asylum, red dead redemption, cod black ops and fallout new Vegas. I put many hours into these games and then I got a 3 month card and when I got back on line I
had NO gamer score for any of these games. What I have herd is that if you have an active live account and are playing a game and then run out and you still play and get achievements that when you re-new your live that those achievements don't count. witch
in my opinion is complete Bull*****. I really think this is something that xbox live or Microsoft needs to work on and should put out a statement saying this because not a lot of people know this.

 

I'm having the exact same problem. Sunset Overdrive get 10 guns to level 5 and shows i have it but my gamerscore is not updated and it's been 24 hours. very annoying!

 

I phoned Xbox support earlier today to see if they knew anything. The guy asked me what time I earned the achievement (around 8pm), and told me that Xbox LIVE had a short "sever outage" or some such around that time, and it'll probably take around 24-48
hours for my gamerscore to update.

I think it's already been 24 hours, but sill no update. Achievements that I've earned since are still adding to my gamerscore though. I guess I'll just wait till tomorrow night and see what happens.

P.S. Just want to add that I've also tried deleting my profile from my Xbox One and re-adding it, but that didn't work either.

 

Did waiting sort out the issue?
