Gamerscore not updating on Games History list

I started up Destiny for the first time today and was prompted to download an update for the game. Once the update installed, I was signed out of my profile. I tried signing back in and it asked me for my email and password. Once I put those in, some error
code came up saying I couldn't sign in, or something of that nature. I restarted my console and started up Destiny again, only to be signed out of my profile once again as soon as the game started. This time I was able to sign in without an error so I began
to play the game, eventually unlocking two achievements totaling 40 gamerscore. After playing for about an hour I exited to the Dashboard, only to be signed out once again. I signed back in and checked my achievements through the Games & Apps tab on the Xbox
Guide. My overall gamerscore (45525G) was correct in the fact that it included the two Destiny achievements' gamerscore (40G). However, when I go to my Games History list, Destiny says 0G, but when I click on the game it shows the two achievements and says
"2 of 41 unlocked." At this point I turned off my console and watched TV for about an hour.

I turned my console back on and tried to get another achievement because I've heard that getting another achievement can sometimes fix the error. I started up Monkey Island: SE and was once again signed out of my profile. At this point I cleared the system
cache three times and tried again only to be signed out when Monkey Island started up. After this, I deleted only my profile and re-downloaded. I started up Monkey Island for the third time but was not signed out this time after re-downloading my profile.
I got a 5G achievement on Monkey Island and then I dashboarded. I checked my gamerscore and saw that it had changed to reflect the additional 5G (45530G). However, when I looked at the Games Played list, not only was Destiny still at 0 G, but Monkey Island
was also at 0 G. Just like Destiny, Monkey Island showed that I unlocked the achievement but no gamerscore was awarded on the Games list.

I tried deleting the system cache several times as well as deleting and re-downloading my profile several times. I also tried deleting both games from my games history list (I was given the option since the Xbox believed I had 0 G on these games) to no avail.
They both came back to the list again with 0 G and the option to delete them again.

Has anybody else experienced such a bizarre problem? I have tried all of the most popular troubleshooting methods listed on the Internet: clearing system cache, deleting and re-downloading your profile, and trying to earn another achievement. I did not try
to earn another Destiny achievement, could earning a third Destiny achievement somehow fix this? If anyone has a solution to this problem please share. Thanks.

Gamerscore not updating in my games history list.

On 08/12/2014 I unlocked the achievement called Detective in the game Red Faction Guerrilla for 20 gamerscore. Before unlocking this achievement my total gamerscore was 67890 and my total in Red Faction was 54 of 60 unlocked for 1080 gamerscore. Detective
is unlocked for completing 8 hidden challenges in multiplayer. As soon as I completed my 8th hidden challenge the achievement pops up like normal. After the game ended I pressed the xbox guide button and scrolled left to check my achievements. My total was
now 67910 which was correct but when I clicked on my played games history list Red Faction Guerrilla still shows 54 of 60 unlocked for 1080 gamerscore when it should show 55 of 60 for 1100. I had a friend compare achievements with me and he seen I had detective
unlocked but my Red Faction total was still 1080 and my overall was still 67890 not 67910. Xbox.com showed I have the achievement but my total gamerscore was 67890 until today when I unlocked 16 achievements in the walking dead seasons one and two for 200
gamerscore. Now xbox.com shows 68110 which is correct and includes Detective but my played games history list will not update Red Faction Guerrilla from 54 of 60 unlocked for 1080 to 55 of 60 unlocked for 1100. I have tried all troubleshooting suggestions
like clearing system cashe and recovering my gamertag. Is this some rare glitch? Will it resolve itself over time? Sorry for the long post.

 

Game List not updating

Hello, this has been my issue for the last 3 weeks. I’ve contacted support and all they say is that they are looking into it and pass me off to the forums. Mister Kernel it is 100% not resolved and im frustrated why I can’t get any help.

I’ve done absolutely everything on my end. I’ve formatted my drive. I’ve deleted my profile, I’ve downloaded my profile on a different Xbox, I’ve manually downloaded an offline update. Everything that’s been suggested and nothing has worked. This is a serious
internal glitch on the Xbox live side that’s messed some accounts up.

Can anyone help please?
