Gamerscore not updated

Discus and support Gamerscore not updated in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just unlocked the "tactical specialist" achievement in black ops 3 about an hour ago.     Gamerscore not updated


    I just unlocked the "tactical specialist" achievement in black ops 3 about an hour ago. I didn't receive a pop up notification for it but it is showing under my unlocked achievements but the 20g hasnt been added to my total. What's up with that?

    Gamerscore not updated...

    Same here, I tried calling xbox about it. and they hung up on me.

    My GS is not accurate on smart glass or xbox.com though.

    Gamerscore not updated...

    Having the same issue here unlock achvs in the game they appear on xbox.com so they register but do not update my overall GS total (but update the total for the game) its remained the same as it was. Tried deleting the profile then recovering it makes no
    difference think someone @ MS needs to fix this its not getting any better!

    Hi,

    There is currently an Xbox Live Service Alert regarding achievements. Your gamerpoints should be added once this service is back up and running.

    Thank you for the reply but im thinking this is a different issue as it it showing unlocked but the score has not been added. Is this part of that problem. I just have never seen an achievement do this.

    Well, I've looked at your Xbox.com profile, and I can see that it is showing the Tactical Specialist achievement as unlocked. So we know that it has sync'ed to Xbox, that rules out a lot (if not all) the troubleshooting. I think the next step would be to
    contact Xbox Support.

    Gamerscore not updating on xbox.com

    I have the same issue with the updated gamerscore not showing on xbox.com. It seems like a bug on the site since my gamerscore on xbox.com will usually update as soon as i have the achievement and refresh my browser. Incidentally this bug has also affected
    xbox smartglass since it has not updated my gamerscore there either even though it says that I unlocked the achievements that increased my gamerscore in the first place.

    There seems to have been a site issue lately surrounding the updating of gamerscores. I've noticed this myself with my gamerscore. Just give it some time to update. You have nothing to worry about.
