Gamerscore not going up Take 2

Mine is still not working. I even got an achievement just now to see if that would do anything. This is starting to get out of hand now

Yes, I've tweeted them hourly for 3 days and never got an reply. As I said before though, I believe support on twitter is shut down for all but generic statements about current issues and fixed ones. There is no mention of the Gamerscore problem on
any official Xbox account as far as I can see.

I guess we'll just have to trust DiegoM that it's been worked on and hope for the best. Let's assume they weren't made aware of the issue until a few days ago, so hopefully they'll have an acceptable solution within a week.

I get what you’re saying in some respect but It doesn't make sense to me to keep closing threads though. You're just going to get more and more people making new threads when they come looking for a solution. We need a place to talk to others who have
the same issue and yes, vent our frustration if need be. After all, with 3 going on 4 weeks of this for some, it is warranted.

If the thread starter marks your response as an answer, then Ambassadors won't keep spamming the thread with the same advice and we can keep in touch with other affected users and keep the thread alive.

The issue has been acknowledged and is currently being investigated. Threads on this specific issue have been locked because as stated by mods on those locked threads, there is no solution that can be suggested on the forums and only
Xbox developers can resolve the issue on the backend through an update. This leads to repetitive answers that will not help with this situation, causing spam on the forums and negative responses from those affected since it seems all forms of troubleshooting
have been attempted. Besides that, most of the responses on the locked threads violate the

Xbox Forum Guidelines, specifically about the manner in which the responses are directed towards others trying to help (Moderators & Xbox Ambassadors) or Microsoft. Thread responses should always be respectful, tactful, and civil. The locked threads violated
the Xbox Forum Guidelines, therefore they got locked.

We'll leave this thread open for now to provide any updates if available, but if at any point anyone on this thread violates the Guidelines, the thread will be locked. As a warning, I'll include these rules just so everyone is aware:

"3) Please do not be rude and do not insult, berate, or comment upon anything personal to do with Admins, the MVP's, Mods or any other person who happens to post on this forum. If you think

In the meantime please be patient while the proper teams find the causes and push out a solution in an update or patch. There is nothing else to do but to wait and be patient. Apologies for the inconveniences, but we assure you the

[Mod removed- inappropriate] bud you still not got it sorted. I honestly just thought waiting would work. All I know from other post, people on pc game pass were not getting Achievement progressions, then a few days later they posted saying
they all popped up randomly a few days later. Not sure if your on PC or if Xbox has the same issues. But it shouldn't be happening anyway. I'm sorry I can't be more help and I really do hope you and a fellow community member sort it.
