Gamerscore Not Correct and Achievements missing.

I was having issues with the black screen a couple days ago and talked to customer service about it. They told me to delete my profile and re download it. I did that but now i am missing a little over 300G. I would appreciate them back.

My gamerscore has been reduced.

Yesterday, I noticed my gamerscore had suddenly been reduced. I seem to have lost over 3000G. My achievements still add up to the correct amount and I am still able to add to my gamerscore by getting new achievements but my total is still missing over 3000G.

EDIT: It seems some games on my achievements page are also showing lower gamerscore. For example, Defense Grid 2 is showing up as 95G, but if you actually go in and look at the achievements, I have 210G.

 

Xbox.com Activity missing games

Mines missing Dead island, AC3 and farcry 3. Weird.

Gamerscore looks correct though.

I'm sorry to see the issue you are receiving. However, the Service for the black-screen when entering Game and or Apps is still in effect: 7/31/2014 4:55:22 PM CST: Xbox 360. You may check here every 30min:
support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status No worries, recently their was a update from the engineers on Xbox stating that users that are missing and or have not unlocked Achievements message. You
may need to wait a few days for it to update and re-add you're 300G. At this moment you currently have "26580G" is that including the 300G?

Downloading your profile gets your profile from the last time it was synced with the Xbox Live servers (the last time you connected to Live).

If you earn achievements while offline and then recovered your profile from say another Xbox you will lose those achievements.

 

your´s 300g is for play an game and win G - points, after eraser your profile and dowload it, you profile never again take 300g

 

MCC issues with achievements not unlocking after completing I completed Halo 2 non of the 17 achievements unlocked. Is this issue going to be resolved?
