Gamerscore not adding up to what I should have? Glitching?

Hey, I'm both an xbox one and 360 user.

Recently, I've been experiencing "glitching" of my gamerscore.

It's nonstop fluctuating today, I tried to get help on xbox live chat support and did a whole bunch of stuff which ended in no difference. I counted all gamerscore from all my games together and it adds up to about 500G more than I already have. And it
keeps going down by about 5-10G and SOMETIMES goes back up that much. Don't understand whats going on and its frustrating me. I like going for achievements and my gamerscore constantly lowering for no apparent reason is REALLY annoying.

Is the happening to anyone else? Does anyone know any possible ways to fix it? Any help would be great, Thanks.

(NOTE: I have removed my account from my xbox twice, did the whole clearing under bluray in settings, unplugging and plugging xbox in again, etc.)

^^,it's always best to start your own thread if you have an issue.

Not heard of anyone loosing all their Gamerscore since this issue started so it's possible you may have had a Gamerscore reset for modded achievements.

Check your emails or post here forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx to see if that's the case.

My gamer score has gone to zero from 102750 any idea when fix is available

 

Your not the only one im also having the same problem my gamerscore has dropped over. 200g I tried to earn more achievements but. They are not adding to my gamerscore . Let's hope xbox support. Fixes this. Soon

 

I have the same problem today. My GS has gone down by about 200G

Everywhere I look it says I have 20,890G. XBOX ONE, XBOX.COM, XBOX 360 all say the same.

But if I add my GS up manually it's meant to be over 21,000G.

 

I just unlocked 15G on the XBOX 360 and it corrected my score.

XBOX LIVE and XBOX 360 now say 21,105G.

Hopefully this has changed on my XBOX ONE as well

 

Same here! Decided to play some fallout 3, got an achievement and it went back to normal. so now we know how to fix it.

 

Now my GS keeps changing on XBOX.COM.

It changes from 20,830G and 21,105G every time I refresh the page.

PLEASE FIX THIS MICROSOFT!!!

 

Yeah mine is going down again every time I unlock an achievement on xbox one. This is ***. I'm not happy at all. They need to work on their *** asap

 

Right now im in the same case as digitalhoarder, everytime y refresh the xbox page it changes from 59390 (The correct number) and 59245 (The incorrect one)

I too have been having this issue over the past 5 days. My GS has been going up and down constantly. It's off almost 1,200 from where it should be. I'm very close to breaking 40,000, and it'd be great to see it happen when it actually does.

 

Yep same problem here... wildly varying gamerscore.

 

This sounds like my issue.

Some achievements on the XBox One are just not adding to my total gamerscore. It's rather strange, since some achievements do add to my total gamerscore, and it shows that I have all the correct achievements in the individual games.

My total GS is 75 points less than what it should be at the moment.

 

Mine gamerscore goes down to 23,995 EVERY TIME I unlock an achievent on my xbox one, but every time I unlock an achievement on my 360, it puts my gamerscore back to normal again.
