Gamerscore not adding up to what I should have/glitching?

Hey, I'm both an xbox one and 360 user.

Recently, I've been experiencing "glitching" of my gamerscore.

It's nonstop fluctuating today, I tried to get help on xbox live chat support and did a whole bunch of stuff which ended in no difference. I counted all gamerscore from all my games together and it adds up to about 500G more than I already have. And it keeps
going down by about 5-10G and SOMETIMES goes back up that much. Don't understand whats going on and its frustrating me. I like going for achievements and my gamerscore constantly lowering for no apparent reason is REALLY annoying.

Is the happening to anyone else? Does anyone know any possible ways to fix it? Thanks.

(NOTE: I have removed my account from my xbox twice, did the whole clearing under bluray in settings, unplugging and plugging xbox in again, etc.)

It can sometimes take up to 72 hours for an achievement to unlock fully. Be sure to wait and if it still isn't showing up check out
this thread for more details. I'll be locking this thread as it's quite a bit older and the issue you're experiencing is different than what was discussed in here.

As I mentioned in my previous post, my gamerscore seems to be correct, for the time being. It remained accurate even after earning a few more achievements on the XBox One.

I can still answer your questions, if you like, since I was having the issue:

-My gamerscore is showing as 95,285, as of this post, which is exactly what it should be

-I have checked xbox.com, and the achievement app on the XBox One

I will likely earn more achievements shortly, so we'll see if it remains accurate.

 

A lot of people are having the same issue.

All you can really do at the moment is sit tight & wait for it to be fixed

 

My gamer score has gone to zero from 102750 any idea when fix is available

 

^^,it's always best to start your own thread if you have an issue.

Not heard of anyone loosing all their Gamerscore since this issue started so it's possible you may have had a Gamerscore reset for modded achievements.

Check your emails or post here forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx to see if that's the case.
