Gamerscore not adding up correctly on Xbox One

Hi there,

I switched from Xbox 360 to Xbox One a few days ago and I noticed that the One, or Xbox Live actually, doesn't add up the gamerscore correctly. I know the gamerscore I had when I jumped to Xbox One last week, and I haven't unlocked a single achievement on
the 360 since then. The gamerscore tracked
per game shows up correctly on the One, but the
total gamerscore is missing 25 G. I've gained 880 gamerscore during the last days, playing two games, but my total gamerscore only increased by 855.

Since this occurred within the very first days on my new console, there's no doubt that this is going to happen more often in the future. I'm guessing this is a frequent issue, but most people wouldn't notice their achievements not being added properly.

Gamerscore Not Adding Up Correctly

I was playing Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare earlier, and my achievement notifications on the Xbox One weren't appearing. I was still earning the achievements, and the gamerscore was adding up correctly, but the last achievement I earned for the game
didn't add to my overall correctly. My overall gamerscore is currently displaying itself as 189050, but it should be at 189065. I've tried deleting and recovering my account, earning additional achievements, and hard resetting my console, but nothing has fixed
it. I looked at my achievements on the website, and it shows all of the ones I've earned unlocked, my gamerscore just didn't sync up correctly. Any suggestions to fix this?

 

Gamerscore not adding up correctly?

In my profile it says my GS is 91520 however when I add up the GS of my games, I get 91545. The same is happening on the website TrueAchievements.

Which one is correct? What am I missing?

 

I made a typing mistake above, I meant 680 gamerscore gained/655 gamerscore added.

 

Hi CoreScan If I remember correctly sometimes there can be a delay of 72 hours in the gamerscore updating and showing the achievements and new gamerscore being added. I would give it a couple of days and it should correct itself.

 

My gamerscore corrected itself today. It didn't happen "over night" though, it happened upon unlocking another achievement in the game that my gamerscore was probably missing the achievement from.
