    I have been trying to access the megadeals for a while now but everytime i go to the page it says that i am not eligible for the deal. I have contacted xbox support and theg directed me here. It seems odd since i have an xbox one amd have used it regularly
    for the past year.

  3. Eligibility for the gamerscore megadeal

    Your site is claiming my account is not eligible for your current promotion stating that i was not an active gold member during the specified time, when i in fact was.

    I have already contacted microsoft support, they suggested i post here. service request number: 1341833625 for reference.

    Hey ThaSynicalKing!

    Are you physically located in Canada when trying to use the site? Additionally, is your account region set to Canada? If your account region is outside of Canada, that would cause that error to pop up. You can check your account region over on
    Microsoft Commerce. Your account region will be displayed under 'Manage your billing info".

  5. Hi thanks a lot for the reply! So yeah my account is set to canada i checked through the link you gave me! And yes i am in my home in canada trying to access the site and its still not guy

  6. Thanks, ThaSynicalKing! It looks like investigating teams found that, while your Billing account is set to Canada, your Xbox Live account isn't. This is a rare occurrence within our system, and it can only be resolved by
    contacting phone support directly. They should be able to get you to the right team to look into this further for you, and hopefully resolve this issue.

    However, if they do not help you to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately. We will want to dig into that.

    If they get you fully sorted out and you have confirmation of this, please post back so that we can work with the investigating teams to verify on their end. We'll be able to continue from there. Gamerscore megadeal :)

    So i just this, my region is now migrated so thank you for that now the issue is that since my account "wasnt in canada between september 2013 and may 6th" its not allowing me to take advantage of this offer. I definitely was in canada between those times
    is there something we can do to fix this?
