Gamerscore Mega Deal issues

I am having a problem with getting the Gamerscore deal. It keeps saying I am not eligible. I have been on the phone for about an hour and all they said is to put my issue on the forums. Can somebody help? or know whats going on?

The promotion keeps saying that I am ineligible but I fit all the criteria. Can I please get some help?

I am eligible for the maximum amount of savings, and have been a loyal Xbox customer since the beginning. However, i have not received the e-mail with my code. I try again but Xbox says I'm only eligible for one code, and will not send me another. I waited
2 hours, refreshed my e-mail dozens of times, and checked all my folders (junk, spam, etc) but i have not received it. I'm anxious to purchase some items with this deal, and my blood and sweat went into earning these achievements. Please address this issue
asap as the deal expires soon, and i would prefer not to take my business to the Playstation store, but i will if the problem persists and is not addressed.
