Gamerscore mega deal code not received

I went on the xbox website and requested my 75 dollar code a few days ago but I have not yet received my code and when I go on to the website again it says already received when nothing has arrived yet. I have gone on and confirmed that all of my information
is correct. If support could resolve this for me quickly that would be great. I have also contacted support on this and the reference number is 1341238864.
