Gamerscore lowered!

Today i logged myself in on my xbox one and everything was fine, but after approximately 5 minutes my main gamerscore got lowered by almost 15k points!

Now i have 0 Points on every xbox one title that i own. Ironically it says that i have unlocked achievements of XboxOne Titles, but why do they not longer count to my main gamerscore out of nowhere?

By the way, the only achievements that have remained are the ones from 360 games. It makes me so frustrating and i hope i can get some helpful solutions from you guys to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Xbox gamerscore been lowered

Hey, my gamerscore has been lowered from 199, 615 g to 197, 570 g, I don't know how it happened.

Hey there,

Very sorry to hear about the issue. Have you checked our
Xbox Enforcement page yet while signed in to make sure there wasn't a Achievement related action taken? If everything looks good there, let's try these following steps:

Remove your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console.

Press and hold the power button until your Xbox One fully powers down.

Boot back up and sign your Xbox Live profile back in.

Wait at least 72 hours for the Gamerscore to reflect.

If you happen to be an Xbox Insider, please be sure to leave a detailed report regarding this using the feedback app.

You would have to create a new account in order to reearn the achievements. There's no way to have them reset otherwise.

I missed out Battlefield 3 and I ment I would like to reset

There is no way to have your achievements reset. If you would like to redo the achievements I would suggest making a second account.

Yeah, your right. I have earned Gamerscore on the Xbox One. Earning an achievement while using the Xbox 360 provides a fix, although a temporary one.

The appearance of lower Gamerscore is still found after clicking "A" on my Avatar from the Social Hub and going to the Right once. This is the secondary location of Gamerscore on the Xbox 360 console. After earning an achievement the Gamerscore that displays
in this location is lower than the one shown next to my Avatar within the Social Hub.

Additionally, downloading the Gamertag using the Xbox 360 will cause the Gamerscore found next to my Avatar within the Social Hub to appear as the lower value as found in the Gamerscore's secondary location.

Let me know if the same issue occurs on your end too.
