Gamerscore List isn't showing all achievements and the Gamerscore changed

Hello my Gamertag is as you can see on the image ((image is already a bit older)) I have currently 156810 Gamerscore. Well yesterday I saw that my profile only has 109000 Gamerscore anymore and some of my games well...they show me that I have
0 Gamerscore in them. But when I click on each game it still shows me that achievements I've got in them. I had already my contacts with the support team but they couldn't do much. We tried the troubleshooting steps but this didn't helped. So they said I should
get in contact with the achievement forum to see if they could do anything. Welp since I can't send then a direct mail I decided to make a post in the hope this helps. I hope someone could help me. I would appreciate the help!

gamerscore gone down?

it was showing correctly and then i got an achievement and it changed straight away. my enforcement history is clean. :/ it's really frustrating.

 

Gamerscore on Console not syncing on Xbox.com...HELP!

Hello Lovely Reps, I just noticed that my Gamerscore on my console isn't syncing/updating on Xbox.com. In other words, my Gamerscore on console is more than Gamerscore on Xbox.com but surprisingly, all the new achievements have synced perfectly and showing
on Xbox.com but not the score. Haven't experienced this before and is kinda very weird for me. What might be the problem?? Please help......I'm kinda worried :'(

 

It's a glitch that should fix itself.

 

Oh sorry I wanted to respond like that. Um are you sure? I mean I hope it's true but I saw it yesterday evening

 

It's been happening a lot lately and is pretty random.

 

Yeah...true...it happened already a short while ago and it fixed itself already...but I'm just really worried I mean, Loosing nearly 50k of Gamerscore isn't really funny....5k okay maybe but 50?....that's nearly one year of work that's why I'm kinda scared

If you're still experiencing this, let's have you try

removing your profile (please ensure you remember your account email and password before doing this step),

power cycling your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back in. Did that solve the issue?

 

Well that's what the support told me to do which didn't worked. Like the other person said it fixes itself because it's a glitch. It's true it fixes itself. I could see my original Gamerscore for a while. But now the problem is back. I guess only option
is waiting in the hope Microsoft is fixing this glitch because I'm pretty sure it doesn't only happening to me

 

Okay it fixed itself for a short while. But now is the problem back. Is there a way that they could patch this Glitch somehow? ((With they I meant the Microsoft team who is responsible for such glitches))

 

Gotcha. Please try a soft factory reset of your Xbox One console selecting the option to keep your games and apps to avoid having to download them again. Any changes with this experience after that?

 

I don't know if this works i mean how should that work? The problem is online in the Microsoft network. I am not sure if that would change something then
