    Gamerscore issues


    I was playing child of light and took a break to play the new chapter of wolf among us when I noticed that the achievement list had not been updated, so I check the forums and was told to delete my profile and it would update the list. I did that and the
    list was updated but I was missing almost 4000 Gamerscore.

    I contacted support and went through the troubleshooting. and was told it should be back up in 30 mins waited a couple of hours and it still had not changed. contacted again went through the steps and still nothing and was told to contact here for help.

    issues started at about 11:30 am 29/05/14

    Problem Regarding Backwards Compatibility

    gamerscores earned when playing a BC game on X1 should be updating to your gamerscore, might be a delay before the X1 sees the change maybe

    not sure about the connection issue, i havent played GoW3 yet but other games havent given me issues

    Was the GS earned offline? If so, it was lost when you redownloaded your profile.

    nope actually it never was I was online when they were earned. I have talked to both UBI and Microsoft and each says it is the others issue.

    You may not have been connected or offline when you got the achievements. Or you might have been signed in as someone else. That is unfortunate to hear.
