Gamerscore issues (showing zero)

I've just signed into xbox live for the first time in quite a long time and a lot of my gamerscore is missing. After checking my games it shows that many of my games now have 0 gamerscore even though I had unlocked a lot of achievements for these games.
When I use the xbox app on windows or the xbox site and check my achievements it says that I have unlocked the achievements but have not been given any gamerscore for them. I just find it strange that some of my games are fine, some of them have absolutely
nothing (but it says they're unlocked), and then some games have some achievements unlocked (with gamerscore being credited) but the other achievements which I unlocked are not shown. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Missing gamerscore

have just noticed I have about 40,000 gamerscore missing. Games showing zero achievements when I have completed them 100%

 

Is there currently a problem with Live?

Having odd issues with live, I connect just fine, NAT is Open, everything is green, it just randomly disconnects me, I noticed that before it happened, everyone on my friends list was showing up as having zero Gamerscore and only Silver subscriptions...
I hope this problem clears up... it seems to be getting more stable, but still, it is annoying.

 

I should also make it clear as you can see I have 14185 gamerscore right now but i'm fairly certain I had around 30k but for some reason certain games aren't giving me gamerscore now

 

Sorry to hear it. If you're missing gamerscore then it's possible that it was reset. You can check this by logging in to the link below and clicking on the hammer icon.

it says I have a perfect record which i'm assuming is a good thing and means that my gamerscore shouldn't have been reset? I appreciate the help though I didn't know that existed. Hopefully they can restore my gamerscore soon :/
