Gamerscore issue

My proper gamerscore is displayed on my Xbox One profile, but it's not on my Xbox 360 profile. For some reason, 280 GS that I earned in an Xbox One game (Lego Batman 3 Beyond Gotham) are not being counted. I should have 4080 GS for Xbox One games, but
on my 360 profile, it only shows 3800 GS. Is there a solution to this?

Problem Regarding Backwards Compatibility

gamerscores earned when playing a BC game on X1 should be updating to your gamerscore, might be a delay before the X1 sees the change maybe

not sure about the connection issue, i havent played GoW3 yet but other games havent given me issues

Do you know how long it would take for them to reset me and label me as cheater?

Sometimes it just takes some time to sync up properly on the 360. usually if you get an achievement on the 360 that should cause it to sync back up again.

You may not have been connected or offline when you got the achievements. Or you might have been signed in as someone else. That is unfortunate to hear.

Even on this thread as I just submitted this thread I see the Gamer Score I had 4520 but on my Xbox I have 2995 WHAT IS GOING ON??????????????????????????

Hello,

When you receive the "Cheater" zone this means that your gamerscore has been reset. There's no way to get rid of that, once your gamerscore has been reset there's no way to get that cheater zone removed. For any information on when this happened to you then
you'll need to make a post in the Xbox LIVE Enforcement area here.
