    Gamerscore issue


    Hi,

    Today i've unlocked a few achievements in Geo Defense Swarm on the windows phone and in Interpol: The Trail of DR Chaos on the xbox 360 arcade. When i view the game on my gamertag it says that my score hasn't updated but when i actually click on the game
    it says that i've unlocked the achievements?

    The achievements aren't being picked up by True Achievements so i'm unsure what is going on...

    Furthermore, when i try and view my achievements on xbox.co.uk it says that i have found a glitch in the system.

    Problem Regarding Backwards Compatibility

    gamerscores earned when playing a BC game on X1 should be updating to your gamerscore, might be a delay before the X1 sees the change maybe

    not sure about the connection issue, i havent played GoW3 yet but other games havent given me issues

    Hello,

    I have a few solutions for Windows Phone but unsure if you've done it.

    Step 1. Go to the Games App

    Step 2. Navigate to the Social tab. Then click on the trophy icon. Click update manually for good measure on the bottom right ... Update

    Step 3. Click the trophy icon and the specific as you mentioned (Geo Defense Swarm) and once you see the achievements in that game, then go ahead and do a manual update ... Update. When doing both these if you haven't, the last step should light up locked
    achievements you unlocked on the Windows Phone. Then try checking on TrueAchievements. I've had this problem myself on my Windows Phone, I hope this fixes the problem.

    I didn't do that but i came to check this morning and they had just fixed themselves, strange...

    You may not have been connected or offline when you got the achievements. Or you might have been signed in as someone else. That is unfortunate to hear.
