    Gamerscore Issue


    I'm having problem with my gamerscore.

    Yesterday I had over 88,000 gamerscore. And today I have only 74,435.

    Even in the website xbox.com my gamerscore is displayed wrong.

    I checked my gamerscore on True Achivements, and there it shows that I have 88,765.

    I do not know what happened, could you check it please?

    Problem Regarding Backwards Compatibility

    gamerscores earned when playing a BC game on X1 should be updating to your gamerscore, might be a delay before the X1 sees the change maybe

    not sure about the connection issue, i havent played GoW3 yet but other games havent given me issues

    I contact the support from xbox, e they told me to create a post on the rewards forum.

    So can anybody help me, please?

    Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The rewards program is separate from the achievement system so support would not be able to assist with that issue.

    You may not have been connected or offline when you got the achievements. Or you might have been signed in as someone else. That is unfortunate to hear.
