Gamerscore is set to 0? No achievements?

Like the title says, my gamerscore is 0. Should be around 120k, and i have no emails or anything from MS. Can i have some clarification what is going on?

Gamerscore set to zero

i was playing gotham city imposters this morning when i noticed i got several achievements i already unlocked, i went to my achievements & see that they have all gone & have a gamerscore now of only 105 when i did actually have nearer 45000 gamerscore. Where
have they gone, i cleared cache rebooted modem router & xbox even reloaded my pofile but to no avail, anyone else had this problem in the last few days, are they retreavable, i feel gutted that they've all gone, please anybody know what happened.

Gamerscore Hacks

There is no way to decrease your gamerscore. Even mods and hacks work to increase gamerscore. That is just the way that the system is set up.

MS can and will reset gamerscore for cheaters, but they do not reset the scores of individual games (and I am not sure if it would even be possible). There gamerscore resetting policy is all or nothing.

You are mistaking resets with removing individual achievements

.resets means all the gamerscore is set to 0 not remove 1000 gamerscore there And there

And you can never earn past achievements ever again

only the xbl pet team has that kind of access and when they reset your score your score is 0

pretty sure you dont want a score of 0 with 0 possibility of gaining those again except new games and acheivements and you are forever branded as a cheater

With a gamerscore reset, you aren't exactly "restarting" your gamerscore. Yes, you're set to 0, but you can never re-earn any achievement you had before the reset. You'll only be able to get gamerscore from achievements you hadn't yet "unlocked" (regardless
of whether they were modded or legit).

And the guys that got reset they say that got his gamerscore set to 0 and like reputation on xbox set as Cheater

edit; and they can still use their account and earn achievements but not for previous games only new games
