Gamerscore is inaccurate

Yesterday i had 199',800 i logged back in and it went down to a random number somewhere around 199,452. Just want this corrected. Ive tried redownloading my profile, checking it on multiple services, sometimes it actually goes back up, then down again

I was offline when I earned most of these achievements, but I have connected numerous times since earning them, and have not seen any update.

It would appear thar the score from achievements i unlocked on the 24th was not awarded, the achievements are still unlocked (Viking) but not the score......

 

You're lucky mine has gone from 102750 to zero no one will help me so angry right now

 

I didn't lose my achievements, just the score. I almost wish i dud lose them, at least then i could earn them again

 

NUTS when I click on your name it shows the full score on xbox.com but not here on the forum so you still have it it could be a glitch in the system. try deleting your profile (profile only not profile and saves) and download it again it will hopefully
update and show up correctly on your system and the site good luck!

 

It keeps resetting to this number. Ive completed like 2 other games since then, still have the same score

 

No mine also wient from 106k+ to zero for no reason. And all support could say was post on der forums. Six years of gaining achievements and they just up and vanish, hell I even watched my profile gamerscore tick down by the thousands at a time tell it said
0/198k then finally 0/0 as if I paid for six years of live and never once played a *** game.

 

So i guess this is more widespread then i thought. a few days a go same thing happened to me. my gamescore went down then back up then back down but i just stopped paying attention thinking its just a glitch but then i woke up to play some borderlands and
noticed my gamescore was 0. i really hope it gets fixed because 8 years of gaming completing everything in the game.......gone.

 

Hey, everyone! Issues with fluctuating gamerscore have been resolved! Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on that for you.

If your gamerscore has been reset to 0, this is not the same as the fluctuating gamerscore, and you will want to post up in the
Enforcement Account and Console Suspension forums. They will be able to provide further information for you.
