    Gamerscore gone


    Hi, can someone explain to me why my gamerscore went down from over 244000 to 18000 all of the sudden? Most of the games I've been playing through the years are now 0 achievements unlocked.

    It happend just like that today. One minute is over 244000 and now 18000.

    If u delete ur profile only and recover it. It should set ur gamerscore back to normal

    This is a very odd issue, BlestDemon Del. If you are certain that no Enforcement action was taken against your account and this issue persists I might get in touch with phone support to see if they can shed some light on the situation.

    If they missing gamerscore is from 360 games, it could be a gamerscore reset. Otherwise, it's typically a server glitch that usually fixes itself within a couple of days.

    1. On your dashboard goto scroll all the way to the right to settings and click system.
    2. Click "Storage"
    3. Click the device your account is on (Normaly the Hard Drive)
    4. Click "Gamer Profiles"
    5. Find your account and click it (It might say currupted profile with your gamerpicture next to it)
    6. Click Delete. (You will get a popup click PROFILE ONLY)
    7. Now go back to xbox home (Main dashboard)
    8. Press the guide button and click download profile
    9. Follow the instructions.(**You will need to know your email and passward to your account)
    This should solve your issues Hope this helps
