gamerscore going down!!!!!!!!!!!!

as of this morning i should be on 160005, on the leaderboard im shown as 159985, on my 360 im shown as 159665, i rebooted my xbox one im now shown as 159665, i went into achievements im now shown as 159635!!!! seriously what is going on, ive contacted support
the chat support where sending me round in circles with excues and all sorts, i get a call ferom an ambassador soon as i explain everything call gets dropped, i arrange a call from support, i explain again call gets dropped, i arrange another call, call gets
dropped. i try chat support again, chat gets ended or more excuses, no one is giving me an answer to any thing... I WISH I BOUGHT A PS4

when i unlock achievements on xbox one gamerscore total keeps going down

when i unlock achievements on xbox one gamerscore total keeps going down to 481,135 then when i unlock another it fixes it self but then goes back down to 481,135 my gamerscore total at the minute is 481,550 is this normal its only been since yesterday
its been happening

 

Lost Gamerscore points in last 30 days

My gamerscore for past 30 days was alittle over 1400 points. And it started going down a couple weeks ago. I can see my friends scores are going up but mine are still going down I got the achievements but scores are down. I got a couple achievements lately,
back up to 1320 but I'd lime to know what happened to those other points.

 

There's an issue with some peoples Gamerscore,activity feed.leaderboards at the moment.

Just give it a few days & it should sort itself out.

 

why are we paying for a service that constantly has issues? i put alot of time effort and energy into my gamerscore, just to have it thrown away by a dodgy server...its a joke

You are an ambassador, stop bad mouthing the company you are supposed to represent.

 

Your Gamerscore hasn't been thrown away,it will correct itself like mine did.

Not sure how you put a lot of energy into getting achievements,i know I certainly haven't.

 

Granted my gamerscore isn't as high as your guy's are, but its good to know someone else was dealing with the same issue. I was thinking I was going crazy cause I could of swore I had a higher score last night...I only noticed because I got a few new achievements
and it seems that instead of adding score when they opened, it would delete the said achieved score. Oh, well..I'll just wait until it sorts itself out. Anyways, thanks for confirming I wasn't going crazy!!

 

I've put a ton of energy into hundreds of difficult achievements, so it's extremely upsetting to lose points. I hope it all works itself out as you say, but I'm starting to lose faith in the dependability of XBL.

 

One of you ask why you pay for a service that has constant issues? I wish you the best of luck in finding any available service that doesn't have issues at any sort of regularity.

I understand the attachment to our gamerscores and being proud of unlocking certain achievements, but in honesty it's a primarily meaningless number that almost no one looks at nor pays attention to but ourselves. If members were losing something like game
saves or content downloads, that's when I'd be angry.

A quick skim of the forums, and even a search on Google, will result in you recognizing that this gamerscore issue is a very common one and one that works itself out in a very short amount of time. Xbox is well aware of and working on the problem.

It's happening to me as well I think was on 75045 Gamerscore earlier today and now it's saying 74910.

 

i got it back same night, and as of now i've lost another 1100g off my gamerscore. get it together micro$oft... your company has more money than god how can you not afford a decent server...

I'm having issues as well. I've noticed over the past few days my gamerscore has been going slightly down and I have no idea why.
