    Gamerscore Frozen


    I've been having a problem with my Xbox Live Gamerscore for a week now where it seems to be frozen in place. I've completed achievements from a few games since and my score has yet to change. Has anyone else have this problem or
    know what I should do to correct this?

    Will hackers have their way with next gen consoles?

    i played gta yesterday with a 14 year old kid, he were really talanted at what he was doing, hacked all gamerscore and could froze peoples xbox so i think it's possible^-^

    Gamer score FROZEN?

    Hahaha, oh wow. I love this, your a hacker. You totally deserve the punishment not to earn any achievements. You'll never be able to earn anymore gamerscore since you were a hacker. Your fault buddy!

    Plus, I looked at your profile, your gamerscore is now labeled as a Cheater hence you modded your gamerscore. It's frozen forever, also your bio is inappropriate. Quote, your bio says, "In your sisters bed".

    Hey there DAVIGUEL.

    Are you seeing the same Gamerscore on both your Xbox and here on Xbox.com? It's possible the achievements are updating, but the score is not reflecting correctly on your console.

    Yes my Gamerscore is the same on both my xbox and xbox.com. Again today I've completed a games achievement and the Gamerscore remains the same and fails to go up. Any ideas on how I can fix this mishap?

    Apologies for the delayed response, to check is this issue on the Xbox One or Xbox 360? If this is on the Xbox One, can you please share your detailed network statistics from under network settings?

    We only update MyAchievements once a month. Since your last achievement was on May 8th, (100 Gamerscore from Match 50 in Frozen) it was not included in the May update. You should see your promotion next month.
