Gamerscore for some of my games were reset to zero but it still says the achievements are ...

I have made this account back in 2013 and have pushed hundreds of hours into gameplay after my perma ban on my first profile which I made in 2007. Without telling a story, I had found myself turning on the console and seeing that gamerscore for games such
as Halo 3 and Modern Warfare 2 were reset but the achievements when I view them are still unlocked. If anyone has had this issue and have resolved it, please leave a message below as everything helps. Thanks.

Deleting all content associated with a particular game

Unfortunately there is no way this can be done. The only games which can be removed from your game history are ones where you have zero unlocked achievements and zero gamerscore, and that can be performed manually yourself on the Xbox 360 (open achievement
list, highlight the game, it will tell you which button to press to delete). If you have unlocked any achievements or accumulated any gamerscore in a title it will remain on the profile (except in the case of profile tampering with the intention of increasing
gamerscore, where it is totally reset to zero - although even then the system still remembers which achievements were unlocked, as someone who has had their gamerscore reset can never re-earn the same achievements).

Sorry this reply is a little long-winded, but I hope this helps explain the situation.

 

Gamerscore issues (showing zero)

I've just signed into xbox live for the first time in quite a long time and a lot of my gamerscore is missing. After checking my games it shows that many of my games now have 0 gamerscore even though I had unlocked a lot of achievements for these games.
When I use the xbox app on windows or the xbox site and check my achievements it says that I have unlocked the achievements but have not been given any gamerscore for them. I just find it strange that some of my games are fine, some of them have absolutely
nothing (but it says they're unlocked), and then some games have some achievements unlocked (with gamerscore being credited) but the other achievements which I unlocked are not shown. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

We can help take a closer look into this with you here - can you reply to this post with a picture of where you're seeing that those achievements are unlocked, but not awarding any Gamerscore?

If you try re-earning one of those achievements, does it unlock normally when you try? If you are able to unlock those achievements now, that would indicate that you didn't receive any sort of Enforcement action regarding those achievements. If that's the case,
Is there another account you might have earned those achievements on previously?

I apologize for the late response as I am busy with work and school. I tried to unlock the achievements again, and nothing came up, but I feel that is because it claims I already have them unlocked (picture below). I will admit to modding but it was a long
time ago and with another account (ReC0NxViSiOnZ) that was permanent banned in 2012, but I have made all efforts to avoid it on my new account which is this profile, as to this day I regret even allowing my friends to get me to do it. However, I did earn these
halo achievements with my other account legitimately as I was around 8-9 years old when I played them, with no intentions of tampering the system and I made this new account on the same 360 console that had the other account on. If I were to guess, I think
the system thinks I tampered with my account again, but I have yet done any illegal modifications to my account that would enforce any punishment.

when i go to the Xbox.com webpage, it does show that they are unlocked.
