Gamerscore e Conquistas sumiram.

Olá, bom dia a todos.

Segunda noite meu GS era mais de 51mil e do nada ele baixou pra 33mil. Fui verificar as conquistas dos jogos e muitos deles estavam com zero de GS e zero conquistas, porém ao abrir o Hub do jogo as conquistas constam como "destravadas".

Por exemplo: Mad Max e Battlefield 4 são dois jogos que possuo 100%. Ambos apresentaram o problema, gamerscore zero e nenhuma conquista destravada, porém no hub de cada um constam todas as conquistas com suas respectivas datas de destrave.

Outros jogos apresentaram o mesmo problema. Já removei a conta do console, reiniciei, limpei o cache, e por último restaurei o mesmo e formatei o HD apagando todos os jogos. Comecei a instalar os jogos com problema primeiro, após abrir os mesmos e sincronizar
o GS ainda continua zero e as conquistas também.

Por favor me indiquem algo que eu possa fazer. O Suporte online por chat não resolveu.

joguei watch dogs sem estar conectado a internet, e as conquistas que ganhei durante esse período não contaram para o meu gamerscore. joguei pelo games with gold, mas não tenho mais assinatura xbox live gold

Jogo kinect adventures e so falta 2 conquistas secretas. Alguem poderia me dizer como ganho elas
