    Gamerscore dropped


    Hello,

    This is my first post on the forums. I was told my chat support to come here for my issue.

    I was playing mass effect Andromeda and earned an achievement so I decided to look at my gamerscore and saw it had dropped from 92k to 77k. I tried logging out and checking on the website same thing 77k. I contact chat they said they don't know why this
    happened and did one troubleshooting attempt with me. I have never had this issue happen. I worked hard for my gamerscore and have been on Live for 7 years. Can I please get some help?

    yeah, I thought that was the case. It's not necessarily the worst thing, it's just kinda irritating haha. Thanks for the reply

    Gamerscore dropped?

    It's a glitch that has been affecting a few people for a while now.

    No idea why it happens & there is nothing you can do to stop it but in every case I've dealt with the persons Gamerscore has corrected itself after a few days.

    Just looked at your games & it doesn't look like a Gamerscore reset.

    I have seen this from time to time recently with other people.It should just correct itself within the next few days.

    If it hasn't gone back to normal by the weekend I suggest posting back but it usually sorts itself out within 72 hours.

    Thank you for the response. Would it be safe to continue playing games and an earning achievements.

    Yeah,you can carry on earning achievements.

    No idea why this happens but I have seen a few people have exactly the same thing & their Gamerscore came back.

    Yeah,there have been others who've reported this.I reported it myself 6 times via my console & in the Insider forums.

    The main thing is to report it via your console which you have done.

    Yeah,you can carry on earning achievements.

    No idea why this happens but I have seen a few people have exactly the same thing & their Gamerscore came back.

    Hey theKHALEES1! You are showing as having 16,400 on Xbox.com, are you still seeing the score lower on the console? Post back and let me know!
