Gamerscore dropped tremendously

Discus and support Gamerscore dropped tremendously in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi, Forgive me if this is not the right place to create a post for this issue... but my gamerscore used to be 108K and now its dropped to 3K.     Gamerscore dropped tremendously


    Hi,

    Forgive me if this is not the right place to create a post for this issue... but my gamerscore used to be 108K and now its dropped to 3K. I see no reason as to why this would have happened and to double check I went to enforcement actions and nothing came
    up regarding my GT. All of my Xbox 360 achievements for some reason aren't not being applied to my gamerscore for some reason. I have a reference number open...

    Hopefully someone can help me with this issue. I've tried refreshing my profile and etc... Nothing has worked so far...

    Yeah,you can carry on earning achievements.

    No idea why this happens but I have seen a few people have exactly the same thing & their Gamerscore came back.

    Just looked at your games & it doesn't look like a Gamerscore reset.

    I have seen this from time to time recently with other people.It should just correct itself within the next few days.

    If it hasn't gone back to normal by the weekend I suggest posting back but it usually sorts itself out within 72 hours.

    Looks like your 360 achievements have been reset for having a modded Gamerscore.

    When this happens you will not be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account.

    Also,please do not post reference numbers on the forums,they are for phone/chat support only.

    Yeah,there have been others who've reported this.I reported it myself 6 times via my console & in the Insider forums.

    The main thing is to report it via your console which you have done.
