Gamerscore drop

My gamer score was at 16100 last night after purchasing lego batman 3 season pass and receiving about 30 achievements. I saved the game and turned off my xbox one and now this morning it is at 14600... but it still says I received all the achievements I
did last night when you view the game. I called xbox and they said to post in here and there's nothing they can do about it. Why did I waste $15 + tax for an expansion pack that took my gamer score? Apparently they couldn't give me a refund or change my gamer
score. Anyone else having this issue?

cheers daft badger , I had it happen a couple of years ago also but not for so so long . the post was more to highlight the issue because i couldn't find another thread reporting this issue recently because that's what I do when I have an issue (look for
others reporting the same issue)thanks

Yeah,it's a known issue that has been affecting quite a few people.

I'm also in the Alpha ring & it's happened to me 6 times.Thought they'd fixed it but obviously not.

It will fix itself after a few days.As long as you have reported it via your console it's just a case of waiting.

 

I don't think it would be that particular game would be the culprit, just more of a coincidence. You are describing a 1500 point drop after gaining 30 achievements; the game with the season pass has 1300 points with 70 achievements. You may want to look
at some other games and their achievement lists to see if everything is correct. Some games require an online verification to pop, so if you find some missing achievements try opening those games with your console connected to XBL.
