    Gamerscore disappearing!


    5 days ago my gamerscore dropped from 180k to 150k. A day later, 150k to 109k.

    It seems that every xbox one game achievement has disappeared, every game now being back to 0.

    I tried support, they toldme to remove my account, hard reset xbox then re add account, all to no success.

    They then went on to say that it is the game developers issues. Which seems crazy as it is literally hundreds of games that have had the achievements reset to 0, including Microsoft games.

    I recently installed Skyrim for xbox one and can earn achievements on that game only.

    If I load one of the affected games and try to unlock an achievement it simply doesnt pop.

    Any ideas?

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    its fixed! delete you profile (just the profile!) then delete your system cache (press y on your harddrive) and finally recover your profile!
