Gamerscore disappearing

Discus and support Gamerscore disappearing in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I don't know how to start this but i was told i need to contact an ambassador about it through forums.     Gamerscore disappearing


    I don't know how to start this but i was told i need to contact an ambassador about it through forums. My gamerscore was well over 90,000 about a week ago. Ive had an account for about 10 or more years and have wprked very hard to earn this. I looked yesterday
    and it's now 70,754. About 25,000 just vanished. Some games like Remnants from the ashes are completely unaffected. Diablo 3, walking dead, life is strange and some other games ssy i have the achievement but the gamerscore isnt there. Then some games that
    i have dumped many hours into like Metro Exodus are just gone and the only proof i have its the stats that i compare to friends. At first i thought it was linked to the games pass but some games like borderlands remastered were affected. I seen some really
    old posts saying that cheating can lead to this but I'm not cheating. And i don't think its even possible to cheat in most of them so thats out of the question. It's very demoralizing to see literally years of work just wiped away.. I guess my question is,
    what do i do? How do i fix it? What happened and what can i do to prevent this?

    My xbox one games gamerscore has disappeared

    Hi Spiffy,

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    its fixed! delete you profile (just the profile!) then delete your system cache (press y on your harddrive) and finally recover your profile!
