    Gamerscore disappeared!


    Hi guys, i just noticed last night (27thApril) that my gamerscore had gone from 20150 down to 1165! I checked on xbox enforcement, i have a perfect record, checked profile online shows same, xbox phone app shows same, and of course on console shows this.
    Did a sign out power cycle that didnt serm to work, pretty sad i only just started to get serious about acheivements after Years of just MP. Happened day after i finished MW with the 150 veteran/hardcore achievement so very bummed that was a good week for
    gamerscore. All my game achievements are still showing just my overall score has pretty much gone, thanks in advance, appreciated any info ��

    Hi Spiffy,

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    its fixed! delete you profile (just the profile!) then delete your system cache (press y on your harddrive) and finally recover your profile!
