Gamerscore different on 360 & ONE

    does anyone know why on my XBoxOne my Gamerscore is 13,000 yet on my Xbox360 its 6,000?

    Xbox One games not on profile

    As mentioned by GrowlingYapper only 360 games shows up here on the Xbox.com website.. but as You've noticed the gamerscore from the Xbox One games is included in the total gamerscore on Your gamercard here on the site..

    The Xbox One Smartglass app however shows all games you've played, on both Xbox one and 360,Progress & gamerscore/achievements..

    (but the xbox 360 smartglass app only displays 360 games last time I checked)

    Gamerscore different on Xbox One and 360

    This keeps happening to me as well, last time it happened i did a hard reset on xbox one and it updated to the correct score. This time i cant seem to fix it. Any idea's anyone?

    Gamerscore different on 360 & ONE

    Sometimes there's a lag between the systems updating. Once you get another achievement on the 360 it should update correctly.

    You can also try redownloading your Xbox Profile on the 360 to get the updated gamerscore. You can do this by deleting your profile and then redowloading it. If that didn't work out, there's just a latency in updating your gamerscore, which can be solved
    by just waiting it out for 24-48 hours.

    Sometimes there's a lag between the systems updating. Once you get another achievement on the 360 it should update correctly.

    Your Xbox One Gamerscore and Xbox 360 Gamerscore are kept in different 'areas' of your profile. However, they do add up together in the system and when you log in to xbox.com, you should be seeing the correct (and totalled) score. This should also be the
    same on your Xbox One console. You can either try re-downloading your profile onto your Xbox 360, or try to earn a few more Achievements on your Xbox One, and that should *push* the updated Gamerscore to the Xbox 360 console.
