    Gamerscore decreased


    The Xbox support hotline asked me to post my question here, I hope somebody can help.

    Yesterday I had a gamerscore of over 165,000GS. After starting my Xbox today I only have 77,738GS left.

    This gamerscore I can see on my Xbox, Xbox.com, xbox app and TrueAchievemnts. My Xbox was always online and is synced up.

    When I look up my games on the achievement app I can see that the achievements are still unlocked, but the score isn't added up for the game or the overall GS. That counts for games I've played recently, but also for games I've played months ago.

    For example: I've played Life is Strange today and the 300/1000GS Are added to my GS, but for Madden it shows 0/1000, even though I've unlocked 350 GS.

    I read online that the enforcement team could make changes to the achievements. But I wouldn't know why? I play regularly, don't cheat (wouldn't even know how..?), and besides fortnite I never play online. The Xbox support hotline told me my account looks
    fine and the enforcement team hadn't done any changes.

    Since nobody else seems to have that issue and I can't find anything wrong on Xbox status... does anybody here have any idea?

    My gamerscore was at 60,000+ total yesterday. However today it has decreased to 56,718. Why has this happened? Any advice is welcome.

    It just got fixed or fixed itself. Back to my correct gamerscore. My achievements seem to have a GS value again. Gamerscore decreased :)

    If anybody did anything for that: thank you!

    Same thing as above happened to me again. Since yesterday I'm out of roughly 30,000 GS. All achievements are still there, they are jus not properly added. Does anybody have any idea what's up with that?

    Seen this a few times over the past few months.

    It's not a Gamerscore reset so don't worry about that.

    It's a glitch,no idea why it happens but you are not the only one it's affected.

    It should just correct itself within a few days.

    If not,read through the steps
    here     & fill out the survey at the bottom of that page.

    I understand you're having trouble with your Gamerscore. Do you know what specific games or achievements have disappeared? Please provide us with a few more details regarding the situation to determine how to best assist you. That being said it could be
    related to a system update or being part of the Preview Program(if you're in the preview program please submit your feedback in the Insider Hub App). Also please review

    Problems with Xbox One achievements and challenges     to see if there is any steps you may want to try.

    Gamerscore Decrease

    Like you said it sometimes resolves itself. Have you tried performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console
    for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Looking at your Gamerscore I assume this has resolved itself.

    If it happens again don't worry.It's a glitch that has happened to quite a few people,including me.

    In every case I've seen the Gamerscore & achievements have gone back to normal after a few days.

    If it was a Gamerscore reset then every xbox 360 game achievements would be reset.
