Gamerscore decrease

Last Friday 29/9 I was gaming during the day and my gamerscore was ~167k. I went back on at night and noted it had dropped to ~155k.

I reached out to MS support and we went through the routine (hard reset, delete and re-add profile) and it wasn't resolved. I was then directed to the enforcement policy yet the link showed my status as perfect and no one had lodged anything.

On the Xbox One console, if I drill into individual games I have zero gamerscore against Overwatch, COD BO3, Dark Souls 3, Micro Machines and BF4 to name a few, but numerous achievements are unlocked and correctly dated. The gamerscore has just stopped calculating
correctly.

If I look at my 'milestones' on TrueAchievements it says I hit 165,000 gamerscore on 20 August 2017. I don't understand how or why this has happened. I asked MS support if I could send screenshots through and they indicated that I couldn't. I've searched
forums and found that some people just have it magically resolve, and others are still without their score. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Gamerscore Hacks

There is no way to decrease your gamerscore. Even mods and hacks work to increase gamerscore. That is just the way that the system is set up.

MS can and will reset gamerscore for cheaters, but they do not reset the scores of individual games (and I am not sure if it would even be possible). There gamerscore resetting policy is all or nothing.

Why am I losing points in my gamer score

I've heard of achievements not unlocking on the Xbox One right away, but a person's gamerscore would never decrease. From the OP's profile, they've only played 2 games total, and only unlocked achievements in NBA 2K15.

Looking at your Gamerscore I assume this has resolved itself.

If it happens again don't worry.It's a glitch that has happened to quite a few people,including me.

In every case I've seen the Gamerscore & achievements have gone back to normal after a few days.

If it was a Gamerscore reset then every xbox 360 game achievements would be reset.

Like you said it sometimes resolves itself. Have you tried performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console
for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
